I have several pairs and wear them all the time. If you buy them at Nordstrom and they wind up hurting your feet, or there's any other problem, you can return them at any time for a full refund. No questions asked. If I buy expensive shoes, I always shop at Nordstrom, because I like not having to risk a bad fit that doesn't become clear until after I wear the shoes a few times.

Many Cole Haan shoes come in wide. You usually have to order them, but I would check those out if you have a problem with that. I have wide feet but have several Cole Haan shoes that are not wide. I've found them to be super comfortable and worth it. I could walk in them all day.

Just to echo you have to try them on and decide for yourself. I love the concept, and LOVE nikes for my wide feet. Cole haan's don't fit me AT ALL.

Seconding the outlet, that's where I got mine.

Sometimes worth checking cole haan outlet in leedburg- though they aren't always cheaper than a sale prIce elsewhere - also Nordstrom rack always has lots of cole haans

+1. I had to give one pair away they hurt my feet so badly. My current pair are VERY comfortable.

The only heels I wear at work. Def recommend and worth the splurge.

I bought two pairs and really regretted it. Not very comfortable and because I travel a lot for work and I'm often walking city streets, I had the same problem as pp with the heels getting torn up. I guess the heel issue was my fault because I was too rough with them, but the comfort issue was a huge let down. These days I wear Clarks. Every now and then I can find a pair that is actually cute. They are comfy (for me) and hold up really well, and the prices are great.

I find some very comfortable (usually the mid heel styles, wedges and higher ones without large, visible platforms) and others really uncomfortable. The newer ones are better than when they first started using the Air technology.
