I can't imagine thinking a man was appealing who was trashing his wife. Great, so you married a loser - what does that say about him? The wife probably stopped having sex with him for a reason and that would be clear too.

Women's sex drives rev up with age in the 30s and 40s, it is usually the men that have screwed things up so that the woman stops having sex with him. And not to totally blame the man, it's definitely a dynamic where the woman has probably stopped supporting him at the same time he has stopped trying/making her feel desired etc. and then the domino effect happens. Pretty common marriage dynamic.

FBO is a pretty smart guy and from his other posts I can tell he knows women pretty well.

It is something I wouldn't outwardly want to admit but I did wonder how I compared to the other woman in a similar situation. I needed confirmation from the guy that I was better in some way to move forward. His line with me was I was a great listener, someone he could talk freely with, and sexy as hell. I turned him on in ways his wife no longer did.

lol... For some reason lots of guys think that if they talk trash about their woman, another woman will want to make everything all right. Ive actually had these conversations with friends and I just have to walk away at some point. Its absurd.
