Not feeling safe when home alone with a child is pretty serious. Consider Eastport or Annapolis and your children will learn how to sail instead of how to smoke a blunt.
I heard that it used to be called Lincoln Park and that name Hill East got started a decade or so ago. Op here. Not sure where Rosedale is...? We are really looking at the 1300 to 1500 block of south Carolina SE.
