COMMUNICATE with your wife. Tell her you are very unhappy. So unhappy that you have contemplated having a fling. Tell her that your lack of a fulfilling sex life is the major problem (if that is true). If there are other problems discuss those too. Really listen to her when she talks to you about why she is o longer interested. Then go to marriage counseling.
If you had a fling and your wife found out she would be very very hurt, right? Are you willing to potentially hurt her? Why do you think she doesn't want to have sex with you? Why do you think she doesn't like you?

OP, you sound like a real prize of a husband. I'm sure the fact that your wife doesn't want to sleep with you has nothing to do with your winning personality. She might just be glad if you cheated on her, so that she sue you for divorce and find someone else who will be more respectful to her.

Op here. Scratch the 25 yr old. She's probably too much trouble. There are a ton of 35-45 yr old hot saleswomen that I meet at pharmaceutical trade shows that would easily put out since they're no longer attracted to their husbands. Last night at the hotel bar I really had to control my urges. Now you tell me ladies. What would you do? I'm out here flying from city to city working hard to provide. NO - just because you've slept with your wife a million times DOES NOT give you the right to commit adultery.

FIRST, you should tell your wife that because you are not having sex, you're deprived and getting wandering eyes, so something needs to give in your marriage to make it work.

If the feeling is mutual and you two try to make it work sexually but it doesn't and the love is gone, then you should part ways - agree to separate and see other people - you, should be the one to move out.
