Borat was extraordinarily funny at times, but eventually it became grinding and horribly boring. I'm embarrassed to admit I paid to see his second movie on pay-per view. I watched about half of it before I was so nauseated I had to turn it off.

Ali G was inspired, but it seems like a lot of The Dictator-related publicity involves him telling jokes... and I don't think he's so good at stand-up. And the stuff in between Ali G and the current film... had some moments of genius, but I find the sheer grossness gets to be a little too much for me.

Ali G was HILARIOUS. If you haven't seen it, you need to. I agree that he's gone downhill since then, but I think that's partially because a lot of his humor depends on other people not knowing who he is.
