I'm also over 50 with a very young child (ART finally worked). Mentally and emotionally I feel much younger -- but I have to be honest and say that I find myself having little patience for millenials that have "it's all about me" attitudes and seem unable to communicate effectively unless they're working the keyboards. Sorry I sound like a grouch but I hope some of you can relate. Physically, I don't have the flexibility I used to, so I am getting back on a regular exercise regime including vinyasa yoga, and working on eating better more consistently.

Pregnant naturally once at 38, single mom and love it! Biodad is 3 yrs older than me.

Long distance relationship, I had been off work 4 weeks and was totally relaxed. Visited biodad about 10 days after last day of period and we had sex pretty much every other day for 2 weeks. Didn't know it at the time, but apparently fertility specialists recommend that schedule/timing for those TTC.

For medical reasons I wasn't supposed to be able to get pregnant without a lot of help, so we weren't trying, it just happened, but so glad it did! I really think being out of my stressful work env was a big contributor, as I had been off BC for over a year (again, for medical reasons).
