The OP was looking for parents who were unsatisfied with IT. Someone, you perhaps, suggested they go to Family Fun Day. I doubt she will find unhappy parents at Family Fun Day. Whether she will find them on anonymous message board, I can't say. But I certainly didn't see any "rantings" on that thread. None here either, except, of course, from you.

NP here. I might be the person who suggested going to Family Fun Day (I know I suggested to somebody that they might get a feel for a school by going to some sort of community event).

In any case, while it's true she is more likely to meet satisfied parents at "Family Fun Day" (and the same goes for any other school) I don't think that means the effort isn't worthwhile. Even in speaking to happy parents, one can still take a measure of what that family particularly likes, what they might improve, what their background is, what their expectations are, etc. Are they likely to be biased? Sure, but so is anybody. At least those parents will own up to their biases, unlike anonymous ranters on teh internets.
