19:50 here. At Thai restaurnts, I typically get a pad Thai, tom ka gai soup, or larb gai. These typically don't have any soy sauce in them. I've found about 40% of Thai restaurants use soy sauce (after asking of course) that doesn't have wheat in it so pretty much everything on the menu that isn't fried and uses rice noodles is ok. Also at some Thai restaurant, I've found that their green curry is made without soy sauce.

They will do a GF bibimbap (veggie stir fry with tofu) gluten free. Some of the panchan are gluten free. The sauce that you mix in the bibimbap is GF and so good. WE go all the time. I have had a lot of bad Thai experiences...what do you order at Thai places?

It is naturally GF for many items and lots of vegetarian options too. Sushi/Japanese restaurants are good, we like Sushi Ko. A pizza place with a GF crust is an option, like Pete's Apizza or Mellow Mushroom. A favorite spot is Mandu (Korean), also has GF and veg options.

Just wonding what the GF options are at Mandu? I am gluten free also and while I eat Thai food, I typically stay away from Korean.

Pete's has good gluten free pizza and pasta.

How about Lilit Cafe in Bethesda? Only been there once, but I was pleased with the gluten free food I got.

International Pancake House (Bethesda/Rockville) has gluten free pancakes.
