It's a pregnancy. It is alive but not a person until it's born. While it's a pregnancy, the mother gets to choose to stay pregnant, or not.

I'm pro choice. I agree it's a death. That doesn't change my belief in the right to choose.

Glad you can "Lol" though.

Do you really believe the pro-choice movement wants to extinguish all life on earth? That we are for 0% population growth and want to annihilate all human life? How weird are you?

I'm going to stop referring to myself as pro-choice and start referring to myself as PRO-DEATH!

I mourn the hopes and dreams I had for what I had hoped my pregnancy would result in -- a living child.

Anonymous wrote:Wow - that is a shockingly awful article. Being pro-choice does not necessarily mean that you don't believe the baby is alive, but that you respect the women's choice to make a decision about what she believes. Also you believe she has the right to decide if she can carry a baby or not. A pro-choice person believes abortion is a decision that should be between a woman and her doctor, not the women and her government.

YES! Thank you PP.

Anonymous wrote:I know, OP! And like, death condolences from pro-death-penalty WTF!? I mean, that would be soooo hypocritical!

Whenever I know someone is pro-death-penalty like me, if someone they love dies, I give them a high-five because it's obvious that they love all death from their political views. This includes practically all my republican friends.

the death penalty is different because the person sentanced to death has gone to trial and found guilty. New born Babies haven't committed any crimes

Exactly! Just as a miscarriage is completely DIFFERENT from ABORTING an unwanted baby and anyone who is pro-choice can distinguish.

This. There are the LSN posters, the teenagers, and the poster yesterday who said she assumes different personalities for her own entertainment.

Yeah it's the same troll that's on all these abortion threads.

If someone had to have a hysterectomy when they didn't want one (let's say due to a medical problem), that is sad and you offer emotional support.

When I CHOOSE to go into the doctor and get a hysterectomy because I am tired of dealing with my gynecological problems, I won't be weeping, I will be relieved.

And finally, who says we don't offer condolences when people have abortions? Most people can't really talk about having an abortion cuz you know, judgy mc judger and all that. But if I had a good friend who TOLD me about her abortion, of course I would tell her how sorry I was. It's not something a person does lightly or for fun. It's not, "Yay, abotion!" or even "shrug, abortion".

I am pro choice because I don't think the government should be involved in telling me what I can do with my body. Simple as that. I don't get into the thoughts about when a baby is a baby etc. I am adopted and thankful that I was carried to term but I was also brutally raped and have no idea what I would have done has I wound up pregnant. Like another pp said, I feel awful for a friend who miscarriages because of the grief they have over losing something they wanted so bad. Does it matter if people think differently about when it counts as a life vs cells? As for your remark about grieving when you get your period ....mu best friend tried for 3 years to get pregnant and each time she got her period she was sad. She also donates to planned parenthood regularly. I know op is a troll,, but the scary thing is there are probably people out there who feel that way.

Why would you grieve over cells , to pro choice its just a fetus like a tumot

I guess you go into mourning every time you get your period. After all a baby might have died.

you know, when my friend's dog died, and she was inconsolable, I made a sympathy call, though I dislike dogs...
I even called another friend when his mom was ill, though the 'lady' is a demon in chicos
