To me it looked like she yelled it to a passing car--the guy heard washing his car heard it and took up the charge with a hose spraying.

I'm black and although I laughed and my initial reaction was "Good", I also wish he would've ignored her. Definitely did like the "bitch" and "fucking bitch" comments that went along with the spraying. Would have preferred a "God Bless You" instead of a hosing.
When you think about it, it's kind of ironic that a racist is on the receiving end of a hose.
