I don't diet at all. I used to, and that's part of how I got so fat.
On an average day I'll have some fruit for breakfast, 3 eggs over medium, and 2 waffles
I'll snack on nuts throughout the day and more fruit. for lunch I'll have a footlong sub, or nothing at all.
If I eat nothing for lunch I'll have a huge dinner Which could be 3 or 4 pieces of fried chicken or fish.
roasted potatoes, and asparagus.
Or Pasta I eat tons and tons of pasta.
