How much time/effort/money do you spend on dressing and grooming yourself? I find that most of the black men I have known or met are very metro.

Mumbo sauce is a DC thing. It's hot sauce and ketchup. I'm white.

Black woman here. I work out regularly. I wear my hair "natural", and wet/condition it every day. I only use shampoo once or twice a week. But black women who wear their hair relaxed may have a different routine. Some black women don't work out or swim very often specifically because they don't want to deal with the hair impact. Most of the black women I see at my gym have either natural hair or wigs.


I'm also natural, I wash my hair 5 days a week and deep condition it once a week.
