Not quite--it's almost completely a libertarian/conservative environment. It's indistinguishable from just about any shanty-town in any banana republic anywhere. Not quite--it's almost completely a libertarian/conservative environment. It's indistinguishable from just about any shanty-town in any banana republic anywhere. Meanwhile, in country's where society isn't riven by racism, classicism, and the total abandonment of the social contract, such places are largely absent.
