I buy direct from the farmers. I talk to them about how they treat disease, how they feed their animals and how they slaughter them. I would no more buy old "boutique" meat than I would by from any of the local grocery stores.

Read Michael Pollan. Watch Food Inc. Then tell me if you are willing to eat grocery store meat. Or let your child.
