Willow Springs is an AAP center and I believe it has a good reputation.

We have relatives at Virginia Run elementary in Chantilly who love it--they didn't even send their dd to the AAP school b/c they were so happy with Virginia Run. Their neighborhood is nice with a pool, playgrounds, etc.

Not sure how west you are, but Colin Powell is a great school despite it's large size. Our DS has been there since 1st grade. The administrative staff at CP are very warm and friendly and the teachers are overall very good. Older schools with great reputations in this area include Greenbriar West and Union Mill.

Thanks, it sounds great but we both work in western Fairfax so the commute would be a killer.
