This is why I tend to not to order chicken dishes, especially the heavily breaded/fried ones, like sesame chicken (DH's favorite). I've cut them open and seen meat inside that... does not resemble chicken. I mean I'm sure it IS chicken, just parts of the chicken I would normally not eat.
