. My five year old is a talker too - his run on sentences crack me up. He also has twin brothers who were speech delayed but now at3.5 they give him a run for his money and our house is rarely quiet. That said, they do all have periods where they are quiet. Talking totally non stop seems excessive but some people are just chatty.
