First of all, ER visits are the most expensive "form" of health care around....preventative care is cheaper and usually ends of costing less in the long run, as opposed to people with uncontrolled heart disease or other chronic conditions relying on the ER for chronic care. You, quoted poster, a clearly an idiot and just the type of person Santorum would appeal to.

Santorum is an offensive shit. He is perfectly entitled to his own opinions, but they are disgusting and have no place in politics.
