Yikes.
OP here.
Can you please explain to me how would the story change if I had known that the THIRD monitor I got was cheaper elsewhere?
Would it change the fact that the first one was defective?
Would it change the fact that the manager would put the wrong price in the return?
Would it change the fact that the second monitor was open/damaged?
Would it change the fact that they didn't have the third kind in the store?
If the only issue was the price I would not be that mad. The price difference was just the last drop, you know?
Did you even read my entire post? How did you conclude that after all the hassle the only problem was the price difference?

Yikes.
How about you stop judging people thinking they have time to sit on their ass in front of the computer all day like you do.

I sure am but I gotta blame it on someone else, right?![]()
I know I know, the problem is their return policy, you HAVE to go back there![]()
Why don't you stop the driving back and forth for a minute...go on-line, look what models BRU has, look up reviews and figure out what you want to exchange it for BEFORE you go back? Then maybe you only have to go back one more time. If I'm returning anything, I always stop and look on-line and figure out what I want (either a replacement of the same item, or if a different brand, WHICH different brand and which ones the store carries) before I leave the house the second time.
Or at least get the free Amazon price check tool so you can scan the item in the store before you buy it.
WHy are you paying over $200 for a monitor anyway?

Anonymous wrote:So I went to return a baby monitor that was defective and it was no hassle. I just picked another one (different but similar) because they were out of the original one. It was so easy it was almost scary - I say that because I always have such a bad experience at BRU... anyway, the person who assisted me mentioned it would be an even exchange and I just went on with it.
