This. Also, since you will be renting, as long as the K is decent, you can worry about finding the perfect school pyramid later.
I would add that K really isn't that important. It's mostly play based and not likely to have much of an impact on your child's long term educational success (as long as you're involved, read to him, etc.). So, stop worrying about K. Rent don't buy.
