If I am home (which is only on the weekends when we're not out elsewhere) I make a quesadilla, eat leftovers, eat a frozen bean burrito with some carrots and hummus, or have grilled cheese and soup. I need an actual meal in the middle of the day. Sometimes I even have a little dessert with my lunch, too.

I agree. Then again, I burn 1600 calories as my resting metabolic rate, so I've never "forgotten to eat" a meal.

My favorite at-home lunch is a piece of baguette heated in the toaster, with olive oil for dipping, along with a few olives and a piece of cheese. Yum! In summer, my basic is same baguette, but with tomatoes diced with basil and balsamic, with mozarella balls if I have them. Double yum!
Sometimes I have hummus instead, or tuna salad, but the above is my favorite.

I eat leftovers mostly. If there is nothing leftover, I eat cheese, crackers, TJ potstickers or sometimes just bread and butter.

I just made a crab, avocado, and scallion salad.

Usually I make pasta, but we are having lasagna for dinner. I also reheat a lot of leftovers from the previous night's dinner.

I am not such a sandwich eater but will occasionally have tuna or PBJ. I make a lot of soups.
