Subject: What's "in" for eyeglasses these days?
+1 for Warby Parker. I've gotten a couple of pairs of glasses from them.

Any suggestions on styles for a woman with a rounder face? Like the OP, I don't wear them often but need to update since even seeing the tv is getting tough.

Understated eyepieces are the way to go, IMHO.
If you have a serious prescription, which I do, then you just don't want a big frame because it distorts the hell out of your face.

I bought these recently and really like them. One thing about Kate Spade eyewear is they are better suited for a petite face. I tried several pair on. My cheekbones are very high and I looked freakish in the glasses.

Have had glasses since I was 4, and really hate the current big frame trend because your face should be the focus, not your glasses.
Understated eyepieces are the way to go, IMHO.
I wear Marchon Airlock wireless and hingeless titanium glasses (the metal frame bends) and they are GREAT.
