I bought a cranberry pills over the counter in wholefoods. The brand name is Organic Cranberry Pure. It's says vegetarian tablets. Are these safe to take during pregnancy? I left a message to my ob but he has not contacted me yet.

Just because something is homeopathic doesn't mean there are no side effects! That's insane.

Have they actually cultured the urine? They just do a dipstick test in the office. That will tell them if they are using the correct medication
