I agree! I don't want to be a skeleton in order to lose the muffin top!Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Or just get lipo. It's a safe albeit expensive procedure. You can do it on a Friday and be back to work on Monday. All done!
Oh, and lipo is extremely painful. I seriously doubt you could go back to work within 3 days.
No it is not, someone like the op (and myself) laser lipo is the way to go. No downtime, no pain.
I too am fit and was 145 at 5'9". With laser lipo I dropped to 140 and have a perfectly flat belly. I also exercise like an idiot, but did not want to look like a skeleton which is what it would have taken to lose my belly fat. I probably would have had to get to 130 to lose my belly, but that would have made my legs look like chopsticks and my hips and ass non existent...I'm not a fan of the Jen Aniston body.

You'll be moving around a bit slowly but it's perfectly fine to go back to work. Especially if you only do abs. Most people only need Tylenol after day 2. I agree about the lose skin. However, if there is any fat in that lose skin it'll make it hang further. If you want a bikini body then you do need a tummy tuck. However, if you just want your pants to fit properly again without a muffin top then lipo will help tremendously.
Or you could just embrace and appreciate your body. Sheesh. If you have a healthy lifestyle, who cares?
