Lia's has a great 3 course meal for $20 if you go early, like before 6. Also, ethnic foods are great for that. Indique for Indian, Mei Wah for Chinese, or a good Thai place.

I love The Darlington House. It is just that...darling and prices are reasonable too.

ITA with Old Ebbitt. Out of towners love it and it's downright cheap compared to most other DC options.
