On another occasion I was informed by a GU grad that I was "public school trash". These are 2 obvious nasty comments, but, like I said, all the GU graduates I have met are JERKS! Some people are very proud of where they went to college and that is great. But you don't have to be a JERK about it! How old are you?
You have self-esteem issues. This thread was started to discuss OP's view that a lot of leaders in the political and financial realms have graduated from specific programs at Harvard. Instead of addressing OP's ideas, you keep yammering on about some GU grads who've said nasty things to you. Seriously, what does that have to do with anything originally discussed here? Maybe people are picking on you because you come across as an unconfident person.
In terms of the "jerk" concept -given the current state of disarray of so many arena (political/financial/social), I would gladly see a few "jerks" at the helm if that was a just a personality quirk, but they were able to produce positive results and get things back on track.
