Subject: How does naming work? Help me decide
If your children have different names on different passports, you are much more likely to have trouble travelling in and out of the country. (I'm the PP).
Try to simplify. Even in this country, people may have different names for their "baptismal names" or "confirmation names" or "Jewish name." But, then we have our real, legal name that we use for all legal documents. Less is more. If you must, how about giving the child "initials" representing the different names you want to capture (i.e. Jose A. F. Montillo) without using the full spelling of the word.

OP here and thanks for the info.
We don't intend to have several different names for DC2 that's why I want one option that will satisfy both of our requisites. Later on, if DC2 is not happy with our choice DC2 can always go through the legal system to have it changed.
