The mom totally freaked out and started talking about how BUSY she is and how with the amount that she pays they should do whatever she wants. Entitlement to the nth degree.
We have one of those entitled kinds at our daycare, too. She doesn't ask the staff to do laundry, but despite a rather large and nearly empty parking lot when she drops off, she always pulls directly into the handicap parking space. (And before anyone brings it up, she has no hang tag and no license plate to justify parking there.) BIG pet peeve of mine. The school has even sent out several notices about NOT parking in those spaces unless you qualify. She's one of those who has a vanity plate on her car detailing her profession, which I also find obnoxious. I wish the school would issue her a citation, or have her car towed, just to make an example out of her.
