1. OXO peeler
2. Cuisinart immersion blender with whisk and small food processor attachments (got this recently as a gift and thought it was kind of overkill since I already have a food processor and a whisk but omg, I love the mini food processor attachment. So great for times you don't want to clean the big processor. And the immersion blender in general is great if you make soups).
3. Apple corer - my 3 year old eats apples all the time and I randomly bought an apple-corer at HomeGoods the other day and it is the greatest. I feel like we get so much more out of each apple and I don't dread slicing/peeling them anymore (he won't eat the peel).
4. Microplane grater, mostly for grating citrus.
5. My grandmother's 50 year-old lemon juicer. It is the perfect size to sit on top of a small measuring cup. I feel like I'm always juicing lemons and when I found this combo, it made my life so much easier to measure out how much lemon juice I needed.

Rice cooker. Perfect rice every time and so easy my children are in charge of making rice. We cook plain white but also more fun rice recipes in it. My parents who love to cook say it is the best kitchen gift we have given them.

a Y-peeler - so much easier to use than a regular vegetable peeler. A kitchen scale (especially good for portion control after the holidays). A mortar and pestle for grinding spices.

My Vitamix!!! I use it daily. My family has never been healthier.

I also love my enameled dutch oven. Now that it is getting cold, many a meal is planned around it.

I love my food processor. It's a 14 cup Cuisinart and I use it surprisingly often. It's expensive though. I just bought a 4 cup mini one and love it too, and it's much less expensive! Great for mincing garlic, making small batches of pesto, spreads, rubs, marinades, etc. Also great as a spice grinder

Other things I have and love:

Immersion blender
Le Creuset dutch oven
Really nice salt and pepper mills
Crock pot! I love my crock pot, and a really good crock pot cook book is "Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker Cook Book"

I don't like seltzer, so I don't have one, but two of my best friends do and love them. It saves them a lot of money on seltzer/soda. One has also found it invaluable for diet/health reasons. She has been able to replace her soda habit with a seltzer habit and can control exactly what is mixed in with it.

What about an aero garden? If you're like me and have a black thumb, they can be a fun way to grow some herbs or veggies. Right now I'm growing lettuce since I can't buy it at the farmers market in winter!

We drink a lot of seltzer-- 7-10 liters a week, so we can have it whenever we want without having to shop for and store dozens of bottles. Also you can somewhat adjust the fizziness.
