CM was willing to give MJ this drug and even if you believe that MJ gave himself the fatal dose (which I do not believe is supported by the experts), but even if you believe that, it was CM who left MJ with access to a controlled substance. CM left MJ alone long enough such that he did not notice that MJ stopped breathing. CM knew that he wasn't giving proper care and that's why he hid the fact that he had given propofol when the EMTs and ER docs asked what MJ was on and why he had a doctor in the house and why MJ had an IV. The ER docs knew it didn't make sense. CM knew he had made a major mistake and he tried to cover it up.... that's consciousness of guilt that he had killed MJ by failing to take proper care of him.
I love you. I have been sad that no one has mentioned this trial until now. I am a HUGE MJ fan, but I am also one of DCUM's cranky private firm lawyers. It seems like there is nowhere that one can admit to being an MJ fan in polite company, not even on DCUM. Until now.
I think Conrad Murray is the sorriest sack of shit ever for doing what he did. I think he gave MJ a bunch of propofol thinking that could knock him out for awhile and then he could go make his phone calls.
I think what he did was reprehensible and - yes - criminally negligent. If he isn't convicted I will take it very hard.
As for those who want to call Michael Wacko Jacko and a pedophile, go read the transcripts from the 2005 trial and then tell me you are still so sure. The truth is the media got it wrong in 2005. The case sucked and the prosecution had nothing except a vendetta and people who were looking for a fast buck. Did you know that the Arvizo family had prevuiously been found to have lied in court before for money?
