Her hip to waist ratio puts her in a healthy range. BMI is a generalization. It is also outdated. Most nutritionists, personal trainers and some doctors that I know, use it in conjunction with other things. Sure, according to the BMI, maybe is is overweight...however, that does not make her unhealthy. On the contrary. She is actually healthier than someone else her weight because she does not carry the weight around her middle.
