I am in court all the time. The few attorneys in skirt suits all wear hose. (Pant suits are much more common.) Tights or bare legs to appear in court??? And court attire pretty much = interview attire (trendy or not).
This. C'mon people, it' s for an interview! Why in the world would you take your chances? After all, it's not likely that any interviewer would look DOWN on a candidate for wearing hose. But, if this office is at all conservative, there is a chance she would be judged for going with bare legs. And, like PP said, tights have a place but not with suits.
