Based on my research - the cost difference between RSCC and other nearby centers is negligible. Certainly not enough to justify non-profit status, imo.
But, are you serious that parents are not allowed to attend board meetings? Did you know that one of the requirements to maintain non-profit status is open board meetings? This doesn't sit well with me and I am going to investigate deeper.
