He has that as an option, but as of now, it's not required. I've been seeing him for 2 years and am not part of the concierge practice, although he has mentioned to me that it is available.
Interesting. Maybe the concierge thing didn't work as well as expected. We got a letter a few years ago that basically said we'd have to do the concierge option, which we didn't want to do. So we switched. Too bad because we really liked Condrell.
