I think "crick" is an accepted variant, although I dislike it.

My FIL says, 'DeS Moines' with both S's.

Seriously.

The SaLmon thing drives me nuts. Didn't realize it was Southern.

I grew up in the South, and while on the whole I didn't have a strong accent, my college friends did notice me pronouncing picture as "pitcher."

DH pronounces kindergarten as kinneygarden. Bugs me, but I haven't corrected him.

My mom says salmon and pronounces the L, too. She's southern - did not know this was a southern thing? My mom mispronounces all sorts of things - one of my favorites is that she calls Oreo cookies Orioles. She is also horrible with names, especially celebrities. She calls Whoopi Goldberg "Hoopy" and recently told me she watched that new movie with Xavier Bodean. Luckily, I can translate and figured out she mean Javier Bardem. She's a piece of work.

Not only does my mom mispronounce words, she also makes up her own, which in turn, has caused my father to start carrying around a small notebook in his back pocket documenting the word and new definition.
However, my DS says aminal and pasghetti.
I cannot say worchestershire either so we call it lea and perrins in our house.
Being Italian, I loathe when people pronounce it EYE-tal-leon. DRIVES ME UP THE WALL.
