A nice AppleBees

LOL. It's actually a bunch of unremarkable split townhouses. I don't think anyone in my neighborhood think they live in exclusive north arlington. And how exclusive is north arlington anyway? I lived there for years, so the standards can't be that high.
I wonder if I started this? Someone posted saying she was moving to the DC area and was looking at Clarendon/Ballston area, and I posted saying something along the lines of, "not in North Arlington, but you might want to check out Southampton." I didn't realize I was being uppity by suggesting that there are nice places to live outside the Rosslyn-Ballston corridorI'll post flyers in the neighborhood reminding everyone that they live in the ghetto and should be ashamed of their zip code.

Yawn.
Just won. Now I can tell the world. Run do not walk away from this "development"

Not the ghetto but poorly constructed over priced crap, yes. Sorry, have you seen your site plans? Neither has the county.
If you want Arlington crappy town homes at least buy something new and not something 30 years old that looks and functions like it is 50 years old
