We are currently working with our fertility specialist to find a way to have a baby. However it is extremely frustrating that there is very little out there to look at, As the condition is extremely rare. If there is anyone with who can shed any light on this please get in touch.
We had 0% normal morphology and conceived twice with IVF/ICSI. We have twins and a singleton from those cycles.
My husband saw a urologist and we tried a bunch of things to improve his morphology but nothing ever helped.
IVF/ICSI was the answer.
We have since had unprotected sex for 5+ years and I have never had an accidental pregnancy so apparently we need IVF to conceive.
