Sorry but this post doesn't ring true to me. How do you know her essays were "decent"?


Was told by the admissions office this morning that she didn't get highest score, but did very good on essays. Only problem was her student info sheet. But I was refused the scores on any of these items. Is thirteen year old expected to show the wisdom of 40 year old in writing when expressing their passion? Or Is Math not a expected passion for a STEM high school?

Incredibly impressive; would think someone like that would be a shoo-in. "What elese do you need?" Um, maybe not community sevice? Asians sometimes have reputation for not being altruistic.


FYI.. She did more community service in 7th & 8th than required by the school...

His students got admissions from Yale Harvard MIT etc. advanced to national chem Olympiad, too. He is a great teacher.
