OP, you say you hope this is your last surgery. Be aware, cosmetic surgery is addictive. It's very possible that once you have the bigger boobs and the flatter tummy, you'll start to believe that you need a smaller nose to go with them. And a shaplier chin. And then, well, you'll be almost perfect, except for the skin on your neck is starting to sag...
I would suggest you go for some therapy at the same time to avoid developing emotional issues around your appearance. I know quite a few surgeons who refer to cosmetic procedures as "psychiatry with a scalpel".
I understand... I just hate to be at the hospital and do all this... exames, doctors, pre-pos... I'm done after this!
