David Zangrilli was an awful attorney. He colluded with my ex wife and her counsel to steamroll me and provide her the best deal possible. He never even issued discovery in my divorce process. He gave me an extremely lopsided custody situation and essentially destroyed my life because he really provided no legal advice. His exact word were to pay her and that I would just make the money back. The guy should be avoided at all costs!!!!

You need to understand that you are not going to get more because of adultery. You will likely waste thousands trying to get more and you will stilll end up with 50/50. The days of screwing a spouse for adultery is long gone. Just get a divorce done as cheaply as possible and move on.


This. I’m in the process now. Focus on the settlement and not adultery. The adultery part will go nowhere and you’ll be poorer and angrier for it. I interviewed several lawyers and they all said the same thing – it is not worth pursuing adultery, even with what would seem to be a rock solid case. I understand that you want justice and satisfaction for his wrongdoings, but this isn’t how you’re going to get it. I am so incredibly grateful to the people who let me know that early on, so I can just focus on the settlement details and getting it over as quickly and cheaply as possible.

20 years of marriage here. I know it hurts and you’re furious. I’m sorry.

Nobody cares about adultery. Pick a different battle.


This. It won’t get you “more”—you will just pay more. It has not impact on custody or asset division.

I have a story that's way worse than adultery.... and i dont just want a divorce but i want serious emotional psychological and physical even at times abuse from my rampaging undercover narccistic psychopathic estranged wife. . She cost me my career in the military in part.... for sure my mental health... my financial stability to the point of homelessness on more than a few occasions while she manipulated me and even used Hawaii police

I chose Zangrilli in 2017 because of the recommendation from 03/18/2011 08:35 (and also, of course, I went and talked to him) and I was extremely satisfied. Great attorney.

Do not use Surovell Isaacs & Levy PLC in fairfax

They bled me dry for 10 months. Had entry level clerks working on the case while Scott was never available. Always busy on something else. Unable to interpret financials statements. I had to explain simple stuff to his law firm.

Unless you have 30,000$ to waste do not use Surovell.
