as a friend was very unhappy with hers. Apparently the bars scratched very easily from things like her husband's belt hitting them.

WTF?? Was he hitting the child with a belt while in the crib??

I wasn't that thrilled with Daisy Baby. Went with Bellini the second time around and they were very helpful, even coming out to the house to answer a few questions before I placed the order.

After going to Great Beginnings and Pottery Barn Kids we decided to get our baby furniture at Bellini. We pretty much got everything but a crib (my neighbor is giving me hers). We had a great experience with the store in Rockville. The prices were the same as on the website (20% off) but we got a discount on delivery. We got much better attention than at Great Beginings and unlike most of the furniture there, the Bellini furniture did not have particle board. We haven't gotten the furniture yet but I hoping it holds up.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bellini Baby and Teen Furniture of Rockville and its owner, Mario. We bought a nursery set a bit over a year ago and love it. When we moved, the shelf under the crib came loose. We called Mario to see what could be done. Instead of referring us back to the manufacture warranty, which I’m sure he could of done, he instead came to our house himself to fix it. He came one evening after the store closed and fixed the problem. That was several months ago and his fixes have held up. Rarely do you see that level of personal attention to the customer, and it is that level of service that will make us a customer in the future.

As others have said go to daisy baby. She has a fabulous selection and great customer service. Best I've experienced and I was a bit crazy when it came to the nursery and Dana the owner was awesome.

We purchased a Bellini crib/Toddler bed and High Change table in the natural finish in 1994 when my first child was born. It lasted through the infant and toddler years of our second daughter 6 years later. We passed it onto our nephew when his first child was born 7 years ago and it, again, lasted through the infant and toddler years of his little sibling, now 4!! The quality of these products have been fantastic through the years and we are now getting ready to pass them onto another family member for their first born.

We have had 3 rooms of Bellini Furniture and they are great quality. We have always been happy shopping in the store. Its a no hassle experience. They deal with everything in your house and you can add on at any time. The changing tables are the best. We would never consider buying Stanley. I have so many friends that complain about it.

I agree with this. I have a Newport Cottages crib that I got at Daisy Baby in Bethesda. It's much sturdier than any other crib I've seen.
