I thought K Cups were supposed to get cheaper after a certain amount of time... I used to get them for close to 35 - 40 cents each in a 24 or 48 pack, without having to match coupons, sales and buying in bulk. Green Mountain Coffee and Keurig are getting very greedy. There's no reason why these should cost more than 20 - 25 cents each. I can get a big canister of crappy Maxwell House or Folgers for $6 at WalMart and that will make at least 200 cups of coffee. 3 CENTS PER CUP OF COFFEE. Add the cost of the expensive Keurig machine and the environmental impact of the plastic k-cups... I am starting to consider trading in my Kuerig for a French Press or an old style coffee brewer!

There aren't really many places you can go to get much discount... all prices seem to be around the same price - unless you buy in bulk... I use Amazon here in the UK for T discs (they are basically k cups but for the tassimo system It works out about 10p cheaper per drink... not much, but thats the highest discount i've found and I have to buy in bulk to get it (48 k cups at a time). This website is also a good one for http://www.k-cups-cheap.com Cheap K Cup tips

Keurig is cheapest if you join the club and buy in bulk.

http://www.greenmountaincoffee.com is nice because it's $.5265 per cup and is automatically delivered every 5 weeks for free. I don't even think about it; 2 boxes just show up every 5 weeks based on my wife and my approximate consumption and it works out great. Every few orders they have a "special" that automatically gets thrown in and we save an extra 15 bucks on the order.

I get it ready the night before so all I have to do is stumble to the coffee machine and hit 'brew.' I used to order the k cups online - I think amazon had the best prices with subscribe & save. But when I didn't want to commit to 2 boxes of something I'd never tried before, or wanted something amazon didn't have, I'd check other sites - I've ordered from bigcat PP mentioned, also shoffee.com.

What am I doing wrong? My coffee always turned out watery when I used the refillable cup. I tried different levels of coarseness too.

Same here. The refillable cup is crap as far as I'm concerned.

Pack the coffee down in the cup with a spoon and make sure it is groud extra fine (espresso grind).

Staples. There boxes are 12.99 for the 24 count and free shipping over $50. If you sign up for their rewards program they send you coupons every once in a while for $25 off of $75 order or more. (0.36 per cup)

The cheapest I found was coffeewiz.com but you have to have a $10 off coupon code. When you refer a friend, both you and your friend get a $10 off coupon code. Feel free to email me at caddydaddy7@hotmail.com and I will send you a $10 off coupon code to get started. Please include your first name.
