Chubby with great blood pressure here. Weight isn’t everything

I have white coat syndrome (tested at home). My mom does too and would pass out when they put her on blood pressure meds.

My BIL is thin, eats healthy, and is active. He has high BP as well as Type 2 diabetes. Genetics-all those things run in his family.

100%. I had endometriosis and now there's more research coming out about the links between endo and inflammation, blood pressure, and heart disease. Otherwise, I am super healthy and defintely watch what I eat and exercise because I am determined not to have to fall into a medical abyss again. I have hypertension now but at least it's an easy pill to take (unlike endometriosis which noone cared about)
