I’d vote for more teachers and fewer Executive Principals but it seems to be a way for FCPS to reward principals with a cushy desk job in Gatehouse for a few years before they collect a pension. It’s got to be much easier than being an actual principal patrolling the halls and dealing with parents and kids.

How so? It’s straight up facts. All the teachers feel this way about any high SES school. The kids are easy but the parents are a nightmare.
