Um, you think teachers can't figure out ways to keep kids from getting heat stroke? Like - fields not blacktop. Water breaks. Etc.

I remember when our kids were in grade school they could not go to outdoor recess without a winter jacket if the temperature was less than 45 degrees or so. No coat, stay in the classroom for indoor recess. It makes sense they would have a high temp limit, as well. Don't need kids getting heat stroke. Also, sunburn that increases the chances of skin cancer as an adult.
