We worked really hard to get our house to market in April so we would not miss the Spring market. It was tough but we did it. It sold in 2 1/2 weeks in DC. I think it would have sit longer in June.

Same here. Seems like anywhere with strong schools has strong real estate markets. There are fewer strong pyrmaids than in the past and that's probably why.

Ashburn is still a strong market. Neighbors sold their house for full list in five days and a friend has lost out of two homes offering full asking in the lasts two weeks.

Homes sell that show well and are priced well. I have a rental in Ashburn that recently went under contract in 3 days for over list.

something is wrong wit your home. Buyers demand updated spaces, preferably warm and inviting so if you jumped on the grey bandwagon time to undo that.
