Some of us have so much work that projects are ongoing and non-stop. There is no daily deadline.

You make genuine mistakes too!

Of course everyone makes mistakes. If I made a mistake like this, I would apologize.

Guess you're not all that busy since you have so much time and energy to devote to posting here.

You're correct, I am not busy today. I completed my work by the deadline.

I was in a bind, I had my own deadline, and the correction had to be made in multiple places. It would have taken 5 seconds for him to confirm he was wrong.

I was doing him a favor. But I won't next time.

He requested I provide feedback. I don't ever give unsolicited advice.

Unfit for leadership and unwelcoming of critical thinking.

Why do you think it is okay to talk to people this way?

DP. Some of us are fed up with you snowflakes. Every sentence, no matter what, is offensive, and guess what? We don't care about your feelings; they're your own to manage, not ours. Life is tough, sugarpuff.

You seem far too emotionally invested in this, snowflake.

Sometimes two good people can have a disagreement and then resolve it.

Your post about it is the most troubling part of the whole story.

I wouldn't be annoyed unless it was my job to be annoyed. I would flag, inform, document, and move on. If he doesn't fix it and youre not his manager then this is all you can do. Dont make work personal.

Fascinating

Only to a narcissist emotional snowflake. Note how you communicated with your colleague. It's ok if you do it to others, but not the other way around. I can't wait for the day when you earn good money, have a mortgage, kids, and someone in power yells at you. Bcs, you are inviting it. HR will help the yeller and not you, rest assured.

My only regret at this point is trying too hard to be nice when I had to tell my colleague he actually did have to correct his mistake.
