First, I don't understand why people hate "frizz". From my "limp hair" vantage point, frizz doesn't look bad at all. And second, if your pouffy hair takes on even more volume in the summer, I think that's beautiful, OP.
So while you may want a different look, and that's fine, please don't take action just because you're afraid others think your hair looks problematic. Some people greatly envy your hair![]()

NP? It’s not a good sign when the women in the “before” photos already have hair like what you’re praying to maybe achieve with the product! 🤣
Does this need to be heat activated? I am generally okay-ish in the cooler months when I can blow out my mess and make it behave, but in the DC summer, I can’t stand to heat up myself and the house with a blow dryer. What I really need in summer is a product that defines my waves while they’re air drying and prevents my hair from achieving its natural state of “swamp witch.”

Agree, another poster here who would be thrilled for her hair to look like any of those “before” photos 😂.

I agree with others that frizz never looks good. It’s so simple to put on a good product and use a good round brush. Or use an air dry cream and let it dry naturally. I’ll be honest when I see professional women walking around with nice outfits, but frizzy hair, I have intrusive thoughts to tell them how to fix it. It just looks so lazy.

Frizz never looks good. Volume, yes. Thickness, yes. Wave, yes. Frizz, no.
Signed, someone with extremely frizzy hair no matter what styling product has ever been applied
