I think as long as you take it when you first wake up and wait 30 minutes, it doesn't matter if you take it at the exact same time every morning. I take it anywhere between 530 and 7am and never had any troubles. I have also skipped a day too. It builds up in your body so if you want to skip the weekends, that would probably be fine too.

I take it 3 times per week (per PA who prescribed me). If I forget I will just take it next day.
