I thought the same thing, and they pick the best parts for the trailer. Not much hope that the movie will be anything but boring.
The best movies often have trailers that seem like they were separately written — not just, let’s cut the funniest one liners and biggest explosions and put them to a good soundtrack. Then again some bad movies have awesome trailers — like the phantom menace which had that great trailer with little Anikan in the shadow of darth Vader and the soaring score— then it was all parliamentary debate, cumbersome headdresses and awkward racial stereotyping.
